Podcast promotion is a challenge for all podcasters - "how do I get more downloads?"
Well, here is a little hack we run for our clients...
9 times out of 10, your guest will mention a resource or other person in an episode...
👉 Make sure you mark this down and link to the resource and person in your show notes
👉 Make sure you reach out to the resource and person to inform them that they have been mentioned
👉 Make sure you tag each resource and person on social when you share
This will guarantee more downloads as the resource/person mentioned will listen (and ideally subscribe) but will also ensure you get more engagement on social as they will also like/comment and even share your social posts about the episode!
It's a short and simple one... but if you embed this into your podcast process - it will get you more downloads ;)
