Former design major, Harvard Law graduate, self-taught software engineer, and former investment manager, Millie Tadewaldt is now the Founder and CEO of Brilliant, a leading corporate gifting service.
Having received one too many bad corporate gifts, Millie founded Brilliant in 2015, combining her love of design, product curation, technology, and genuine customer service. Since then, she has grown the company to 8-figure revenue and successfully navigated the pandemic and troubling economic times without a single layoff.
Both Millie and Brilliant do things differently. Since day one, Brilliant has been fully remote, has monthly self-care days during which the entire company shuts down, and plays the long game in every facet. No matter the client, they would rather sell them nothing than something that won’t lead them to long-term success.
