One aspect of Forma AI’s product struck us straight away as something that we can weave throughout the show: “our platform executes calculations and processes that need to function with complete accuracy, every time”.

‍With this in mind, the central theme of the podcast is focused on using hard data and statistical information to drive decisions around sales compensation and dispel beliefs that aren’t backed by numbers. In essence, our podcast focuses on “Money Balling” the world of sales compensation.

‍By doing this, not only do we present Forma AI as a data-driven company that doesn’t use nebulous, unproven ideas as a method of working, but as a company that understands that to stay on top of rapid changes in the world of revenue, you have to rely on agile tech and analytics.

When Forma came to us, their focuses were mainly on growing their brand, increasing their standing within the industry, and creating super content. This has been met and more, with a terrific return on downloads and gaining a great deal of attention within the community. Our host, Justin Lane, is a natural fit for podcasting; as soon as we partnered up with the team at Forma, we set to work equipping him with the right platform to maximise his ability on the recordings.

We set to work ensuring our production value was high, the guests were an ideal fit for their persona - with a mixture of new people and acquaintances of Justin’s - and the interview sheets were created with a view to extracting as much value as possible from the guests.

The client originally planned on beginning their podcasting ventures with a ten-episode format, but now are in discussions with Fame to carry on, hopefully long into the future. Safe to say, Forma is now entering a new level in the world of sales compensation!
