You write the shot list. The crew reads it.
Tell us the moments that matter and they go into the brief your videographer works from on the day, along with anything we learned on your last shoot. The commonest complaint about event crews is that they filmed the room instead of the one thing you booked them for.
If a crew member drops out, we replace them.
It has happened days before an event, and we filled it. That is the difference between a network with 200 cities behind it and a single freelancer with a diary clash - and it is why you are hiring us rather than them.
You meet your videographer before the shoot.
You see their portfolio and approve them before anything is confirmed, then a pre-shoot call introduces them properly. Your deposit is fully refundable and you can reschedule free up to 48 hours before the shoot, so approving the crew comes before committing the money.
